nyr wont be moving lias unless its 1 for 1 or at best a 3rd rounder otherwise no he is panning out way better than those expected and should be a more impact player all around.

Sorry but no. The player picked in the 7th spot will likely be better than Lias, but only marginally; and Lias is one year older, so he is one year closer. I would do Lias + lesser prospect or mid pick at most for your pick.

Wait I'm confused...What are you talking about?

Lias has played in 3 leagues this year: The AHL, The SHL and The NHL.

Here's how Lias ranks among fellow skaters who were under 19 at the start of the season in goals /60

SHL: 2nd (Behind Elias Petterson)
AHL: 1st
NHL: Tied for 3rd (Behind Patrick and Hischier)


The only people in front of him were all taken ahead of him...I'm not sure what more you could ask for from a prospect.
