Description
Take forsling from Chicago for taking Hossas contract. Expansion draft yakupov from Colorado and either trade for Hammond from them or take him off waivers. With only 1,917,500 over the cap with all those contracts they would obviously be under the minimum cap which is why they would make a big splash in next years stacked free agency and make big trades.

Pretty decent, I can see some of those guys getting protected but we can't know for sure until an expansion protection list is sent out.

Seattle will Definetly come out a good team.

I can see them taking Jarry over Rust.

True I agree... But Jim Rutherford has said before that he wants to keep Murray and Jarry. So in reality Pittsburgh would make a deal with Seattle, give them a high pick so Seattle takes who Pittsburgh wants them to take. Meaning neither Rust or Jarry would go probably.

Or it could be to give them Gustavsson to take Rust instead of Jarry.

It's impossible to try and predict who's going to be available and stuff like that, but I'd definitely be okay with us shedding Oshie's contract here.

True but if you look at the expansion protection list of 2017, it should give you a decent idea.

They would probably not want to lose any of their young guys. So it would be like a Fleury/ Vegas situation. Except this time Hagelin/ Seattle. So Pittsburgh would give a high pick and maybe a prospect so Seattle doesn't take rust or jarry or guentzel...etc

The earliest Seattle would get a team is 2020 and FYI Daley has a full NMC so he'd be protected.

Cool story bro how does that justify a 1 star rating. Like people with no movement clauses havent been traded before. Its called waiving it.

They usually don't move it for an expansion team, Marc Andre-Fleury was the exception.

MAF saw the writing on the wall and him and ownership mutually decided that it was best for them to go their own ways.
