Description

Pens want 2 top 6 players for Letang but I think Pacio would do it since his sàary cap is so low. That beings said, I think considering Letang’s injury background it is fair that they hold 1.25M of his cap. Shaw + Sheary is just an extra swamp.

Hanzel for Petry is a one for one swamp 2 players that are not playing well and might beed change.

Tavares is gonna cash in for sure Mtl will need to pay him big $$$

Jonathan M - Fairly cheap proven scoring winger

Vermette not scoring but can help on the fourth line + faceoffs

Think the cap will be 79,200,000 higher at 80,000,000

. Maybe there is too much term for Dallas to like the Petry trade. Maybe Petry is traded hometown Detroit for Nielsen. Similar term and money, and as you suggest with Hanzel, maybe the change of scenery is good for both guys. Marchessault will want to cash in big on his first and maybe last contract. Money and term will be more and I don't see why he would leave Vegas. Chance that Tavares signs in Montreal. One in thirty one. Nothing that attractive in Montreal compared to many other places considering he will be offered similar money, IMO.

Jonathan Marchessault isn't signing no 2 year $8 million crap deal rumor has it that Vegas is planning on resigning him 6 years @ $5.5 million is probably a lot closer No way is Petry going to Dallas at the time he was dealt from Edmonton to Montreal he stated that he wanted to play as close to his home in Michigan as possible that's why he agreed to sign with Montreal because it was still close to the Detroit area.
