Would love to have the great 8 bit his contract is insane for his age so if he were to get trade there would need to be at least 2.5 million retained

Wouldn´t say his contract is insane since he´s the league´s top goal scorer. He will still be worth the money at 35, especially with the inflation of the payrolls.

And why would a team going for it trade the leading goal scorer at all?
