Description
Line 1 - Bergeron is a big fan of Bjork's game and they started last year as a line before Bjork was injured.

Line 2 - Krejci has chemistry with DeBrusk and has shown to be able to play with Pasta. This gives a bit more of a balanced 1-2 punch vs just the 1st line.

Line 3 - This line started to gel and looked good together and I'm not sure why they were split apart. Let them continue to play together

Line 4 - I went away from the traditional 4th line and went with a more offensive minded group. Backes is still a quality player, despite what man "fans" seem to think and is finally start to find his game again. Frederic can play LW/C and while I'd prefer he play center, I needed the RW spot for Senyshyn. Senyshyn has started to put things together this year in PRO. He's playing the 200ft game that Boston has asked him to work on and he's on pace to surpass his numbers for last year. This line would actually be pretty decent size wise and can play a two-way style.

Frederic - 6'2 / 203lb
Backes - 6'3 / 215lb
Senyshyn - 6'1 / 195lb

These lines r great coming from a canucks fan. You are putting Bjork in a position to succeed on the top line as he's got good offensive potential. And pasta adds a massive boost to the second line with debrusk and krejci. All looks good to me

Not for nothing but 4th line players like Acciari, Kuraly, and Wagner haven’t exactly brought much to the table this year. Not saying they’ve been bad, but they’ve more or less gone unnoticed with Wagner and Acciari each sitting a few games as well. Don’t know if it’s because they’re missing Schaller this year but something feels different about the line and what you can get out of them on a night to night basis

Wagner has been better as of late. Kuraly just never has wow'd me, even for a 4th liner. Acciari is a guy that I think you could waive and he'd go unclaimed. I'd imagine that the big reason he's safe right now is because he plays a physical game and Boston doesn't have much of that right now. You're right though, the 4th line hasn't been bringing much from a scoring perspective and that's why I'd want to bring a bit more offensive upside to that line.

Here’s a thought: I know they envisioned Kuraly possibly taking a step forward and they wanted him to compete for the third line center job, but what if they had signed Schaller instead? I know 4th liners are easily replaced but Schaller undoubtedly brought the most to that line last year. Kuraly was an RFA but it’s possible they expected too much from him when they needed Schaller more. Acciari and Wagner (or even cave) are capable of playing 4th line center.
