BMac already said he's set with Copley as the backup.

I'd pass on Beagle. And Johansen needs to be getting reps in the AHL full time, not up here sitting. Sign Jerabek as a #7 or bring up Lewington or Ness.

So I'm alarmed by the trend of devoting six million plus to Kempny and WIlson. Kempny tied Orpik for playoff points, and Orpik just got bought out. Wilson had the fewest even strength goals of any Caps right wing but Chiasson, and had the best linemates. He showed flashes of potential with some decent give and go plays, but anyone who couldn't figure out to pass the puck to Kuznetsov and go to the net would not make the NHL in the first place. He's pretty big and super tough and nasty and one great thing for the Caps this offseason is that those aren't things you have to pay much for anymore. He can sign his QO, or ask to add years at the same rate.

How would the team look with, instead of those two, Van Riemsdyk or Stastny?
