So the Oilers are literally selling the farm and draft cupboard to Ottawa for 2 years and 2 months of Mike Hoffman and a 1 year and 2 months of Erik Karlsson? It's a nice fantasy land dream but I just don't see this ever happening. With absolutely no guarantee that Karlsson will resign in Edmonton, and with the very real possibility that at least 2 of those 3 first rounders are top 10 picks, you would basically be giving the phrase "all-in" a completely new and horrific meaning to Oilers fans.
