Description
This team should be a lot tougher to play against now. Top 6 forwards are protected against physical punishment unlike last year. Goalie is better as is Defense (not by much granted but better) Scoring will be less but so will goals against. Kids like Burgers and Kasper the Gost will have to pick-up the slack plus Kaliyev might work out too. No 30+ veterans except for Perron but he is a clutch player and I want him despite his age.

Additional Details:
This isn't just a cap dump. It actually fills some of their needs. Utah needs to replace Vejmelka (back-up) so Husso should do and they need actual NHL Defensemen so Holl.
2nd pick next year should be enough compensation I think

Utah doesn't need to "replace" Vejmelka. And hy would they replace him with Husso? He's 2x more expensive, and his numbers are worse.

They don't have interest in Holl, i'd rather take ghost back

I would love this for Minnesota. This is by far the best value I've seen in these mock trades for Gus. Bruins fans are crying about the Ullmark trade. Yet they landed a first round pick and a good back up goalie.

Gus for a 2nd and 2 really good prospects would be a great get for Minnesota.

Since you're the expert on Utah....Do tell...Are they looking to dump Vejmelka or not? All their pundits say yes but you obviously know better. When they do buy him out for 825k as some people say, whom do they replace him with? Another minor leaguer or an NHL goaile? And yes Husso was hurt and had a bad last year. Players do have those sometimes but we're talking a back-up or a split duty here so more then adequate replacement. As for Holl... Utah has ZERO NHL defensemen right now. So take Ghost back plus Holl plus 2-3 more NHL guys and only then you can plug wholes with prospects.
