Again, Rangers are not signing Schneider to a 4 year contract.

Rangers decline the St. Louis deal as is. Fortescue is the top defensive prospect the Rangers have (and they really only have 2) so they pass on this deal.

Utah declines. Crouse is a solid second liner on a good contract. A late first round pick and prospect is not enough for Utah to part ways.
