Description

LeBrun says canes engaged with 5-7 teams on Necas. Seravalli lists 7 as Columbus, Calgary, Vancouver, Detroit, Boston, Chicago, and Nashville. Finding a right shot 2C on those teams had me at Compher and Coyle…

Canes can probably get more than Compher and a 2nd for Necas but I don’t know **** about hockey trades.

Expecting Compher to be a 2C is a recipe for disappointment. He's Ideally a 3C who can slide up into the top six for short periods when needed. Nice player, but one who you can't expect to fill more than thar "Swiss Army knife" type role.

I think Compher is more of a 3C but with good wingers he can play in the 2C spot.

I've heard a few things about Necas and want to know if any of it is true.
1. He only wants to play center
2. He only wants to go somewhere that will play him on the first line and the pp unit.

Wings need Compher ro fill two rolls #3 center and RHD faceoff guy. Necessary is a nice player but suited more for Wings then center, so Wings would.love him but not at the price, if you swith Compher for Copp, you have a deal
