Even if Minnesota were to accept that, I really am interested in how you figure you can sign Draisaitl, Faber, Bouchard, Rossi, and McLeod while replacing Ceci, Martinook and Stolarz.

Draisaitl is likely to get $13-14m, Faber and Bouchard will both get north of $9m, and that alone is an additional what $20M in cap? With only roughly $7m coming off the books after replacing the three above, only 1.5m in current cap space, and the cap going up a MAX of $5m (it will likely be less than this) you are in a tough bind.
