the first is going to the wrong tam in the OTT trade, chych alone has more value than ullmark

This proposal is built off of Bruce Garrioch’s recent claim; stating that an NHL executive believes Ottawa would need to offer Chychrun + a first + another pick to get Ullmark.

The Bruins have been linked to Chychrun in the past.
