Finally a Marner trade that is at least decent. Drop Reaves, and the 3rd on NSH’s side and I’d give that some strong consideration.

And by decent you mean sufficiently bad enough for the leafs that it makes you happy. To think a "fair deal" for Marner is a 3rd pair 6/7 defenceman and a middle 6 forward plus a 3rd, well that's just absolutely ridiculous. Just flat out admit you hate TO more than you like hockey, it's crystal clear with your response.
