Flyers are more focused on trading Laughton than Cates. Cates could slide into Laughton's role while being a bit younger and more goal scorer.

The Vegas trade makes zero sense. Theo provides the same, if not arguably more value than Chych. Why trade assets for that?

wasnt sure if there would be any interest in getting a bit younger/cheaper + Maintain some salary flexibility while getting some assets to make other roster moves

so OTT trading a LD for a LD and still nee a RD, ya makes sense, why not trade zub for a LD then OTT can roll 6 LDs...

6 LDs is the dream. Theodores played RD since he was drafted, he can make plays on his off side which chychyrun wasnt able to do on the right
