These are all bad, the Colorado one really stands out to me though, what are you giving them that's worth adding a 1st? The package isn't enough for Mittelstadt.

Avs laugh, hang up and block Toronto's number. The only items of possible real future value there really are Quillan and Villeneuve and that doesn't help a team that's trying to compete now. That's in addition to opening a hole up at 2C that they're hoping they just filled AND giving TOR a 1st round pick. Ain't gonna happen and that offer is not even close.

Colorado giving up the best player and pick for a bunch of middle assets, I'm pretty sure that toronto doesn't have anything the the avs would want more than a young 2c
