Clarke will need a legit shutdown vet to offset his defensive flaws.

Kaliyev will only be offered the league minimum, and would need the new coach to love him to make him make the lineup.

Why do your overpay the AHL players? You have two goaltenders playing in Ontario that are eating NHL cap space.

Aside from Byfield, Spence, and Lizotte, not a single one of those RFAs deserves more than their qualifying offer.

Not sure what Brossoit has done to deserve more than Rittich either.
