    Seattle is ninth in the NHL in goals against but is the only team in the top 13 in GA with a negative goal differential. That suggests a lack of offensive productivity and, sure enough, Seattle is fourth worst in the League in goals for. So it seems clear to me that the Kraken don't need defensive upgrading as much as additional offensive firepower. I don't think that Armia, Matheson and Barron are what Seattle are looking for.

    And that's the exact reason why Rehkopf doesn't get traded. They are in a similar situation to their inaugural season where in the second draft they went and drafted some pure finishers just hoping one of them sticks. Hindsight being 20/20 I think RF brings back Sprong even though there were defensive issues there.
