Edmonton declines.

I don't know why people keep sending them depth d-men, they need a top 4 RD not a random 7th d-man that won't even play for them

Flyers decline the Stars deal. They are certainly do better than that if both are combined. We also can retain value to maximize their return.

They could use an upgrade over Ceci for sure, but I think they could also use a reliable, cheap 7th defenseman just in case. However, being that EDM is strong at LD, said 7th defenseman would have to be a right shot as well. I don’t think Staal fits.

I trust Kemp or Broberg to be that 7th D if needed (though I don't think we do), I feel like both guys do fine in playing sheltered minutes next to Kulak. Would rather spend those assets on a reliable back-up for Skinner as when he gets overplayed his game completely falls apart
