Description
Frost seems like an interesting target. Know he's young and still RFA in two years, but rumors that Flyers would listen to a deal. What would it take to get him and do the Bruins have enough assets? Would be a great 1-2-3 with Coyle, Frost and Piotras for the next couple years.

They are looking for a hockey trade, similar NHL type talent in return, don’t see that being a fit for Boston.

From BOS? Based on BOS low in the round picks and Frost playing above a .5 ppg in 15:38 minutes a night? Hes young and delivering and cheap for the next 2 yrs

I'd say a 1st and 2nd, but you dont have those in the next 2 drafts, so probably BOS 1st 2025, BOS 1st 2026. I know it sounds huge, but its PHI's worst depth position with no one to replace him and hes young/cheap, they dont need to move him, they'd need to be wow'ed.

At the BOS drafting position, you're very unlikely to get anyone who can play top 6 or in the defense top 4

Hmm if you're looking at a pure equal value swap regardless of each teams current situation... maybe:

Lysell and a 3rd to PHI

Debrusk to PHI for Frost and a 2nd

Lohrei to PHI for Frost and a 2nd

Can't really think of anything else. Frederic is probably a hair below Frost's value, but other than him the Bruins don't really have any comparables. Frost is better than all their depth but not as good as anyone in the core, aside from Frederic

producing at elite 2nd line/low end 1st line level over last 2 months in non-top 6 ice time + being one of 2 non-4C true centers on roster

i truly think it is a poor deal for PHI if it is not a 1st + either another 1st/recent 1st
