Holy overpay. No thank you. Also I don't think the logic of trading Myers for an unretained Tanev doesn't make sense. You're not improving the team enough. If you are trading Myers for Tanev it would be to get cap space for another bigger move, otherwise, you might as well trade for Tanev retained and keep Myers. Even if you think that makes Myers the seventh best dman, its the playoffs and depth at the quality of Myers would be insanely valuable.
