Guessing a 2nd for Grzy and 3rd for Hall. And that might be more generous than Sweeney gets.

If you are willing to take on 9.687 million in salary with no contract going back or retention it should be done with very little return. To take both the most I would pay would be a 4th.

You're right. I'm not sure the Pens should even do that. The Pens might do better spending 9.687m on UFAs.
