Description

For further perspective on the Edmonton trade, see my previous ACGM titled Kenny & Stevie Blockbuster.

I would literally take a hot n ready pizza for Dominik Kubalik but, his offensive production should trick someone into giving up something decent for him.

Demko has had a terrible year but, I still think he’s an elite goaltender and Vancouver isn’t likely to just give him away even though he’s got 3 more years at $5m per. Cossa is still a solid 2 years away from Detroit.

Thought about trading Walman. In one of my first ACGM’s where I have us trading him, I had two 3rd rounders coming back for him, in my second one I had a 2nd rounder for him and now, I considered getting a 2024 or 2025 1st round pick for him. He has been nothing short of dynamic in his 9 games on the top pairing and as a pending UFA, I would assume Yzerman awards him with an extension if he’s able to continue playing the way he has over these last couple weeks.

I’m a huge Demko fan and I would honestly consider that an overpay based on the circumstances. If I was a Canuck fan I’d probably be looking for a 1st round pick +.

Yeah you do realize Edmonton could go get chychrun for that package right? That would benefit them immensely more than the island of misfit toys you’re sending.

Ned was just on waivers, he has negative value, why would Vancouver accept a negative asset and two 2nds for their starting goalie who’s value is diminished by being hurt? No one sells low like that
