To my opinion Jagr is not coming back. And if so, not for 2 years. He is going to sing for one year with Florida again.
When NYR buyout Girardi, guess they will be the top favorite to sing Shatty. Our only chance is to give him more money. At least 7,5 per season.
Kovy will be traded. This is personal, I just dont want him in NJD. Just get some solid player for him.
Keep Severson. No need to trade him.

Jagr said himself that he would play until he's 68 so I bet it safe as 2 years. And in my opinion Murray is just what the Devils need.

yeah he said that grin but lets be realistic ... in his age, anything can happened. Also for GM it is more reasonable to sign him for one year with high bonuses (amount of played games, points ...) I think he will stays in Florida, he is happy there (also according to his words).
To be honest, I do know Murray well, but Severson was our best offensive D last season. And he still has a big potencial.

Thanks for the perspective of a Devils Fan I have to agree after thinking about it Severson could easily go for Murray straight up. I looked into it and Murray has only became a 3rd line d-man for the CBJ.

Just fixed up the Severson-Murray trade to a Severson-Gostisbehere deal.
