-How does Schultz get 1.5MM more than Dumo?
-ZERO chance Pens would sign Jagr
-ZERO chance Pens sign Thornton for 3MM
      -Aston-Reese over Sprong? Doubtful

Schultz will get more than Dumo. but contracts for each will be around 4mil per season but schultz is the offensive d man and they always make more.
Correct Jagr needs to crawl back to the KHL where he belongs because hes old and slow and drags down the young talent around him
Thorton might sign somewhere for a cheap deal for a strong chance to win a cup and PIT would probably be one of the few that can convince him to do so
Both of these guys are unproven in even the AHL they both probably start in Wilkesbarre next season and come up similar to what guentzel did this season depending on their success.

Roster gets a 1 Star because of Jagr, sorry Adamits but the dream people have of him coming back to Pit is silly unless hes at 1mill or less per year. Thats all hes really worth on a production basis with him teams are going to pay for the name.

That's cool. It's not a very serious build
Jagr has excellent production though so IDK what you mean he isn't worth it

His 5on5 production is still easily top six. He can't make zone entries like he used to single handed, but with Guentzel and Sid he wouldn't have to.

He and Sid cycling in the zone would be epic. Still a legit threat

Schultz is the highest scoring D up for a new contract this year. Dumo is a #4 D. Anything over 4 for Dumo is an overpayment. Anything under 5 for Schultz is a deal.

As for the last point. Aston-Reese over Sprong for sure. Don't know much about player development do you? Aaron-Reese is a finished product, Sprong will start in the AHL

Dumo is a number 4 yet he led the Pens in ice-time both in the playoffs and in reg season (obviously not including Letang)

      Yes

Even Strength Production is #4. Pretty bad actually considering his TOI. Last year I would have been all over that, but he didn't perform too well this year. With or without Letang BTW
Possession was 2nd worst on team

      Hainsey played #2 icetime .... is he a #2?

      No
