Description
Rebuild should start in the front office. Sakic steps down or gets fired (still love him tho) and Bednar is fired. Ownership replaces them with a veteran GM and veteran coach. Build a new culture to salvage the Avs current "core" players entering their prime years. If the Avs are able to add the right kind of veteran players, they might not have to blow up their roster. But I think Bednar has to go and the players need a new voice to get them to buy into the culture. The Avs looked totally lost this season and Bednar couldn't seem to change that.
