8th overall + Vilardi is too much unless you've signed Reinhart to a very cap-friendly deal like $5.5-6x5. Kings are paying around ~$6M for goaltending with Cal and Quick, not sure losing Quicks cap hit is an emergency for them this year.

If we don’t flip fluery, you might be speeding up a retool. This is no cup contending roster, but it’s better. I probably don’t make the NJD trade though.

Yo VGKNation702, I've been following your posts on here for some time and wanted to see if you were interested in joining the GM Game here on CapFriendly. It's been around since 2017 and it's basically a multiple, full-year round Arm-Chair GM with other users on this site. We're currently in our fourth version (v4) and entering our third season with the same initial rosters. You'd be in charge of drafting, trading, free agency, etc. all along with some sophisticated scoring and playoff structure. I'd think you'd be a great addition to the game.
