I dont think it works for the Sabres. They'll be taking Power, most likely. They'd want a forward back, like Zegras.

That Gibson trade is really bad for the Ducks. I have to second the opinion that Drysdale isn’t really the player Buffalo wants. Granted if he is available and Zegras isn’t then I guess they would just have to take him. They will have plenty of defensive assets they could trade for Forwards. Of course we have been told all year that neither player is in play for Jack Eichel.
