Leafs don't need Pesce. Very poor defensive results and shot suppression. Great offensive contributions. He's a more well-rounded version of Tyson Barrie, not a fit (but still a good player).

Tbay matches that Cernak offer (or someone else beats it).

I don't see Columbus trading away Jenner for that package (or at all). That's a very weak bottom 6.

I'd try and get Spezza in here instead of Simmonds or Nosek but I really like this a lot

Actually, he's really solid defensively

I would say no to all trades

Nylander is better than Pesce if you move him you need to get a legit 1st paid D back ( I know this board over values Pesce)

I like Jenner but Kerfoot is a solid 3C if you move away from kerfoot it needs to be for a cheaper option at 3C

I'm not a fan of Holl but he is not that bad as a 5/6/7 D He looked bad in the CBJ series because he was forced to play a bugger role

Dermont is another one that has been put in the wrong spot and is better than we seen last year. he will grow into a better D. Need more if you want o move him

TBL easily match that

Why are you paying Minnesota to take Holl? He is worth a 3rd round pick and he certainly isn't a cap dump.

If your getting a new 3C they should be cheaper then Kerfoot. Honestly just look to free agency in this scenario and keep Korshkov and the 2nd. Just trade Johnsson for a 3rd.

I'm hoping Dermott can at least get a 2nd he is still quite young and I think he is ready for a second pairing role.

That Carolina trade still screams Hall for Larsson 2.0 imo. Leafs should stay away from Pesce if Nylander is the ask.
