Bad News: They do trade Cirelli to Buffalo for the 8th pick and Mittelstadt, so Buffalo matches, i might be nice and add a 3rd to buffalo

Bad News: Buffalo is equally gonna be in a similar cap hell in 2 years as Tampa is right now.

NYR will take Palat off Tampa's hands to help them free up some cap space.
