Seemed like Gorton and Quinn learned a few things over the course of the season:
1) Hajek is not a fit in this lineup, and judging by his AHL play and Miller's arrival, it's unclear if he ever will be. But he's here. That's not good, he's a major negative on the ice.
2) Same goes for Smith
3) Signing Fast blocks Kravtsov. Signing Fast for 3 years blocks Kravtsov for awhile.
4) Lemieux on the 3rd line and Howden at C are both experiments that did not work.
5) Not maximizing on Strome's value is poor mgmt.
6) The team turned down better offers for Georgiev at the deadline, they're not settling for that.
