The f*** are you on about?

By your own admission, that's $40M tied up in FOUR players. Sounds EXACTLY like the Leafs. How's that working out for you guys?

The cap is going up FOUR MILLION, which only gives Minnesota $7M in cap space this off-season. Will it go up in consecutive years? Maybe. Unlikely, but maybe.

But you don't build your roster around maybe's. Particularly when it comes to cap related reasons. We will have $40 Million to resign 10 players, or did you miss the part where Minnesota only has 11 players signed through until the dead cap goes down?

Depending on Faber's contract, the Wild will have only roughly $30M left to resign RFA's like Wallstedt, Khusnutdinov and Ohgren, AFTER signing Faber. Plus they'll need to fill out the rest of the roster too. $30M for 9 players goes pretty quick there, guy. Paying Mitchie Boi another $12M means the Wild would only have $18M left to fill 8 spots. $18M left for all RFA's in need of a contract, any additional UFA depth additions, plus a likely goaltender to replace Fleury after his retirement. Since it seems likely Gustavsson is also on the move this off-season.

So please, explain to me again. In big Boi words. How Minnesota is expected to pay half of it's future roster in two years with only $18M in cap space. I'll wait.

And don't sit there and say the cap's going up again. It's not a viable response or argument. Because you don't plan out future contracts and roster plans on maybe's or potential possibilities.</div></div>

UNLIKELY to go up in consecutive years?, it’s projected to spike massively, are you that naive?, seriously &amp; sorry if your GM can’t figure out paying RFA’s with 18 mil in cap room (more likely it’s near the 20-25 mil mark unless you plan on keeping Foligno &amp; Gaudreau’s full contract), it is easily possible if you sign your RFA’s to bridge deals not to mention likely 25% of your prospects will BUST or not reach their ceilings that means Qualifying offers bud, unless you’re telling me your bottom 6 is making 3-5 mil a comtract?

Your concept that the cap “might” go up is a complete fabrication especially with the boat anchor that was Arizona now gone &amp; done with, The cap is expected to SPIKE MASSIVELY, GET THAT THROUGH YOUR SKULL, it’s not “oh it might”, IT WILL SPIKE TO NEARLY 10-15+ mil in the next 3 years
