Farrell is a year and a half younger than Farabee and Harris is only 6 months younger, that doesn't change "the window" at all. Neither of the players your sending back would even remotely have a shot at being a part of the future and a 2nd rounder does nothing.

The Flyers are only trading Farabee if it's in a hockey trade for a more logical future player or for a significant package of futures. This trade doesn't have close to either of those things

A package involving a top-16 draft pick or an A- or better level prospect +. That doesn't mean we'd get any offers like that, but there's objectively no reason to trade him for futures unless you're getting something like that back
