I'll jump in to decline on behalf of the Jets. Not because of the value coming back, but because the Jets aren't in a position to give up on their season before it starts.

I don't see it as the Jets giving up..They move on from Helle as he wants and replace him with a younger goalie with big upside potential to play a AB tandem with LB.. Debrusk helps move the offense (not quite like Sheif) and the picks are to cover the difference in talent and money being retained to help the Bruins with the cap

Ullmark is NOT better then Helle. He has had 1 great year since being in the league.. Helle has been top 3 for the past 4-5 years.. Jets would never have been in the playoff mix the last 5 years without Helle standing on his head night after night taking the MOST shots against for the last 3 plus season as well. So keep drinking your Boston Tea Party kool-aid if you think Ullmark is better then Helle lol

It's good value, but not anything Winnipeg would do. You can't give up 2 key players like that before the season starts for a rental winger and unproven goalie. Especially when the main part of the value is the mid to late firsts, but they aren't for 2 and 3 drafts.

It's just not realistic to expect a team to do that.

That's only because of biased writers that vote.. Boston was THE TEAM to beat in the playoffs as they won the Presidents trophy and they got bounced by the last place Panthers.. Helle faced way more shots then Ullmark and had a 1/3 of the defense infront of him compared to Ullmark.. Jets Lost to #1 in the west Vegas who end up winning the Cup( 3rd overall in the standing).. Bruins lose to the 16th seed of the playoffs when they were #1 in NHL history more most wins ever.. A true Vezna winning Goalie wouldn't have lost to the 16th seeded team... Maybe learn by reading actual stats before running your mouth...

Guess what, he got swept by the last seed in the East. But he was still a Vezina caliber goalie. Also, I don’t think Bruins defense is better than Jets’. Even if you look at their advanced stats : Ullmark has almost 12 Goals saves above expected more than Hellebuyck. In fact, if you read the advanced stats, Ullmark is above Hellebuyck everywhere. Try doing what you are telling others to do. Ullmark is clearly statistically better.
