Bloom has improved his three zone detail, and effort this season. He's working harder on and off the puck. He has the ability to play quick and fast / attack off the rush with pace. Leans goal scorer more than playmaker. The bulk of his minutes comes at even strength and the power-play. Not overly physical. When he is at his best he can extend plays in the offensive zone with secondary battle / tenacity. He has good size, moves well, and better than secondary scoring upside. The knock, in the past, was he didn't work the full sixty minutes. He's improving and playing more consistent.
