Opened the 2024 U18 Worlds with a hat trick versus Team Slovakia
Not much changes with Cole. He's arguably the most elite pure shooter in the draft class.
Hungers for the puck on his stick in the offensive zone. Shoot first approach. Average vision / distribution instincts. Prefers to take charge on his own.
Pace and skill are in place and project to first line NHL upside.
Enthusiasm and detail defensively have a long way to go. He will need to elevate his overall detail to consistently average as he matures.

Continues to play to his strengths.
Arguably the top shooter in the draft class from the weak side flank - especially on the PP

Easily defined.
Wants the puck on his stick and looks to direct the play on net almost every time he has it.
Has a gear, in transition, that can lead to aggressive zone entries off the rush.
Defensive detail, tracking back, locking onto his responsibility in his zone is a work in progress.

Continues to play to his identity as a goal scorer - but working to make more plays and check better defensively.
Has a long way to go with his detail off the puck / identifying who his check is and how to lock into a defensive mindset.
Playing with more and more quickness. Making plays from below the goal line to his line mates.
Elite element is his shot - and will always be his ability to score goals - especially off the weak side flank on the power-play.

Eiserman is a pure goal scorer. He has a 'shoot first' approach to his game. In the most recently completed Five Nations tournament, in Finland, he scored 3g-3a in four games.
His offensive upside is elite, but his attention to detail, defensively, is becoming more of a concern than it should be. He's cutting corners, hoping pucks get turned over so he can go on offense, instead of being patient and defending his net when required.
Eiserman can play the game quick and fast. He's also heavy / strong enough to extend plays.
He only needs to be average defensively. His elite offensive element wins out when he's contributing average detail in his zone. He, literally, picks opponents apart on the power-play with his one timer from the flank.

Potential top three target for the 2024 entry draft who has potential to challenge for #1 overall
Pure offense. Shooter who wants the puck on his stick in the offensive zone and looks to direct the play on net. Less of a playmaker. Majority of his minutes come at even strength and on the power-play.
Moves well. Sturdy frame. Three zone detail and off the puck effort ranges, but its not for a lack of hockey IQ or sense. His effort in small areas of the game will need to improve before he turns pro. Young for the draft class (August birthday).
