No reason for Calgary to do that

there has to be a high end young piece coming back for the Sens to consider moving Tkachuk

Yeah this is all the spare parts that doesn’t hurt Philly to lose

Was just thinking he would bring a veteran presence at LW for a team that didn't live up to expectations

Brink has a lot of potential. I don't think he fits with Torts physical / on the puck style which showed when he was not consistently in the lineup. I think he would flourish elsewhere

Do I think it's smart to move Farabee? No I don't. I've heard him compared to a Kreider with his playstyle. I do think he will get better with his age but I'm going off of my gut and saying he is not the top line player the Flyers once hoped he was. He will be a solid solid pro for years. Just not a total difference maker.

I also think Ottawa has to do something drastic. They seem to be in a tailspin but thats coming from a guy that only watched them when they played Philly this year

hes the same age as Brady and def a down grade . I don’t think he should be highlighting this package . He’s like Mason Marchment but without the size and physicality

Something drastic would be Tkachuk for Nemec and a pick.

This move just makes the team more mid . None of these pieces will help as much as Brady can. It’s like someone removing a really good top liner for an average 2nd liner , an undersized young player with middle 6 potential, a Dman we don’t need , a late 1st and a pick

Kind of like the Montreal trade model.

Calgary declines. Laughton isn't bad but Calgary needs Pospisil a lot more than they need another older middle 6 center.
