That is a relatively fair proposal for Buffalo. I would have to think about it, but it fills a lot of holes for us. The only question is how much money we’re prepared to spend, and if we can make it work with many of the younger players needing new deals in a year or two.

I want TK to be a Sen but we can’t move #7 for him. Boucher + Chych + Boston pick.

It’s interesting how valuable a 7th pick is. There is approximately a 50/50 shot of getting a player as good as TK there. If I’m a GM with expectations to make the playoffs now, I take the known thing as opposed to gambling on getting a player that might be that good in 3 years….but that’s just me…

Ngl for all the moves you made there that C core is still kinda rough. Don't need 4 two-way guys down the middle on a team already struggling with scoring

Agreed, however if it doesn’t work out we have two 1sts next year to try and address it and Catton on the way.

OTT aint going to make the playoffs for the 4 years guaranteed. total non-sense if that was the prevalent way of thinking top 10 picks would be traded left right and center but they are not because the pick is more valuable than players like TK.
