The difference between Necas and Marner isn’t two firsts man.

Carolina isn’t going to give a spoiled Marner the 11m+ he’s gonna be asking when our 2C is Jordan Staal. We need to prioritize centers, not trading for more overpriced wingers.

All three teams decline. Carolina isn't adding two firsts to Necas for Marner, nobody will give you more than a sixth for 7th-defenseman Timmins and two picks including a third for Kampf is wildly optimistic.

I think I made one “keefe” ACGM with him 600k retained for future considerations and then a TON of a kampf to NJD ACGMs started right after lmao

You are just wrong man, Marner is a much better player. Necas is literally 25 and is an RFA that has yet to be signed. Carolina's firsts aren't even worth that much lmao. Necas wants out of Carolina, thats what the reports are saying lil bro.

Marner is a "much better player" that never does anything in the playoffs and is known to demand big contracts. I'd rather have Necas at 6-7 then use that cap space to add a defenseman then pay 11m+ for Marner to disappear in the playoffs. Kinda like what you did here.....

If Marner is the much better player, then surely Toronto will have no problem keeping him and giving him the money he wants, right?

A couple years ago, we had Buffalo realising Eichel wished to get taken cared of by another team medical crew, but the fans were on the verge of a full meltdown preaching he was worth 3x1st because he was signed long term.

This year, Anaheim's realised Zegras defensive play isn't compatible with their culture, but fans believe and pray for a 3x1st trade just because of his RFA status and it worked on their playstation.

And now begins the era of TML finally realising their overpay 4 core has no killer instinct, and their fans are 100% delusional they will get 3x1st for a underachieving soon to be UFA with a full NMC.

He isnt a fit for the leafs anymore? He is a selke level winger that Carolina would love. And no he doesn't disspear in playoffs, he is in par with Matthews and Nylander in playoffs LOL Necas wants to move away from Carolina
