Boston is downgrading in defense and in net and the centerpiece is a 32 year old middle 6 winger with a history of off-ice issues and late couple of round picks? If you want Ullmark, send a 1st rounder or something at least similar. If you want Carlo, its going to cost significantly more than that.

Ullmark: late 1st and a B+ prospect (Carter Savoie would be lovely)
Carlo: 1st or 2nd, roster player, prospect (McLeod as a centerpiece)
Alternatively: Carlo and Ullmark with some other pieces for Drai.
