Unless we actually win this year, he's gone this summer. We need cap to make improvements and he's first on the list with 1m ret @ 7m, then Kakko, then Goody 1.2m ret @ 2.4m or buyout.
Again... Trouba has 15 team ntc, - 7 CAN teams, meaning
= 8 USA ntc ONLY &
*16 USA he CAN'T refuse!

Lavi needs to wake up
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Rags21</b></div><div>Yea it works all season because it’s different than playoffs where you design game plans and systems against 1 specific team. It’s time to adjust, bring the forwards down to help the defense. It’s a pain to watch the rangers break out and then the Panthers break out and attack with ease
Games 3 and 4 were pretty overwhelming and they're lucky to steal game 3 win. I’d love to see some aggressive push back and get angry. Attack the net and put the Panthers on the heels</div></div>
Yup, the core is tired, depth not stepping up. We play with what we have. They have horses up front that are hard to contain.
At MSG, pissed & Igor. We usually perform after loss, refs are bound to call them dirty floppers and our pp at home will jive

Lavi needs to wake up
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Rags21</b></div><div>Lavi can use his timeouts you know when they’re getting dominated. He can also make adjustments so the defensemen aren’t constantly flipping the puck out the zone or icing it
The Panthers don’t need depth because their key guys are stepping up. Mika had an incredibly bad game and a moron turnover which led to the game winner. Are they suppose to roll over and accept defeat becaus Barkov is playing against them?
The depth is thin because you’re playing Rempe 5 minutes a night on the road. Lavi has the balls to scratch Kakko but keeps rolling Roslovic out there. How about making an adjustment to PP1 and getting your best forward (Laffy) out there?</div></div>
He's going with what he has, Igor, specialty teams and no quit team mentality. It's Lavi & his assistant coaches and our core that plan structure.
As I pointed out early season, Lavi has a crazy system going here, in d zone our Ws stay up & never come back, our Ds fend for themselves in our corner & once we get the puck we are ready. Crazy but it work all season! Yet tiring perhaps.
We are looking tired cause our depth is not stepping up. Sure it would be nice to scratch Roslo Kakko Wheeler Chytil, even Cuylle Wennberg Rempe Gus, or Trouba Kreider Zib Panarin but seriously, look around, all players get exposed by now. Cats that have fumbled plays or bad penalties Senko Ekblad OEL Kulikov Montour Lomberg Cousins Lundell Bennett Reinhart... Cats go all out all of the time, plus their previous 2 emotional rounds, I think they will start to lose their legs, plus...
Next up, MSG with Igor and ready group!!!
Sticking to NYR in 6.

Chytil in, Kakko out!! Or Roslo or Wheeler

Fitting Necas
The problem for NYR is in 26 not 25. We'll have to shed cap as it is, meaning we are not tearing team apart for Necas. Another problem is not many teams will want to spend anything near that for W Necas, like Buchnevich, certainly not us.

You simply harp on something/anything every game lol. Saying Lavi is sleeping is something! Zib & Kreider are matched against prime Barkov line! Like all season long, it comes down to our depth to help our core. Right now the problem is our depth is very thin and struggling. No big deal, that's the playoffs!!! Every teams depth is struggling, it's a marathon.
Next up, Igor & mad resilient group at msg...

We have to keep Goodrow now
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Campabee</b></div><div>ROFLMFAO!!! Kakko's "value" is the same as bust Puljujarvi was when he was traded a former 3rd round nothing prospect. The fact that you would rather let Roslovic walk afer he put up 31 points in 59 games this season and 8 points in 12 playoff games so far just so that you can keep Kakko wjo put up 19 points in 61 games and 2 points in 12 playoff games thus far is exactly why you will never have the mental faculties to be an NHL GM. You are doing exactly what Edmonton, Buffalo and Toronto all have done through their rebuilds and into their early contention stages, keeping prospects who are not working out far too long just because of some emotional connection to them. Kakko is an <strong>exact</strong> carbon copy of Puljujarvi, yet you think he still has high 1st round value! That is just beyond ridiculous, if Drury sends him his QO or a higher contract offer then you should be looking for a new GM the same day, cause MMW letting Roslovic walk just so you can resign Kakko would be completely moronic</div></div>
Complete opposite of all that stuff. Kakko has a good future, don't kid us that he doesn't have value lol. Roslo is no keeper, small, no hands, avg d, is next to sit and not worth paying.
Lol, I know all about intangibles and so does Drury apparently. All those moronic words are hilarious, considering you're the one that is out to lunch lol

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Campabee</b></div><div>LMAO, paying Kakko 2.4+ mil is just as stupid as the Oilers were paying Puljujarvi that. Kakko has a career high of 40 points in 5 years and is excellent defensively but Puljujarvi also had a career high of 37 points over his first 5 years and was excellent defensively. Kakko os the one that should be sacrificed for cap just like Puljujarvi was, trying to work keep Kakko at 2.4+ mil instead is just stupid when you have to sign more important players.</div></div>
Comparing PuljPulj to Kakko is, like you say, stupid. Next year we will need his solid depth & promise. Unless we get a Rossi type return, yes he has value, we are not trading him for pick, which is a future Kakko
