Just a question : what holes do you think Winnipeg has? They clearly need defense, and with that deal they get 2 dmen, and one is one of the best in the league defensively

Wrong. Newhook is a 2c. He prove that at the end of the season. Guhle can play RD, and he is definitely top 4.

And why would you need a 2c, you have Namesnikov who is better than everyone😉😉

Wrong. Newhook isn't a 2C on a bad team so he isn't one on a good team. Why do you think Colorado got rid of him? Any defenseman can play their off side, come back when he starts shooting right handed.

If they're such great stars why are you pushing so hard to trade them?wink wink

Newhook was awesome at 2c this year. While it’s true any D can play on their offside, most are bad at it. Guhle is as good on the left than on the right side

I’m also not pushing to trade them lol. I didn’t make the trade nor I support it. It’s incredibly bad for us. I’m just pointing out you keep saying it doesn’t fill Winnipeg’s hole while it does

If the Jets are going to play Newhook at 2C, why wouldn't they just keep the superior player Perfetti and play him there.

You're not making sense and continue to ignore that it fills no holes for Winnipeg.

Letang is a right shot D. You can check that on CapFriendly, just search his name,cluck on it and it will show you.

As for Newhook, cool. Then you can keep the older, inferior player if your happy with him.

Who caress? You know that there is a difference between a right handed shoting defenseman and a left handed shooting defenseman, correct? That they actually have their stick on the opposite side of their body.

well... the holes they need to plug are the 5 holes that vezina caliber hellebyuk has.

and his 5gaa+ is scary
