Vladimir Grudinin Scouting Report

A transitional 'D' who can QB the PP. He has excellent vision. He's creative and has a good release / gets pucks to the net. He isn't a stationary player. He's active in the offensive zone and rotates looking for open space to make plays. Everything he does offensively has a purpose. He outlets well from his zone. He has the legs to join the rush. Defensively he gives up weight and strength but makes up for it with his hockey IQ. A smart defender who knows his physical limitations and adjusts. Projects bottom 6 at ES but can be used on PP.
