I have a hard time seeing the Isles doing this after the season Dobson just had and since they don’t have a true 1D if they move Dobson. If these two make a move I see it more likely that they’d centre a trade around Sorokin for Marner or Varlamov for other pieces as he’d be a great Mentor for Woll

The offense in NYI is pretty weak. Change of scenery for Marner would help.
