I can't see Seattle making or considering that offer. Marner, for as good as he is, is a rental until proven otherwise. Dunn is an integral piece of the Kraken team, and if they're trading for Marner, it would be to make a push this season, a path with which trading away their best defenseman is incompatible.

Especially since they Firkus is only in year 3 of his new 3 year contract with Seattle
