Nothing in that article suggests that DuBois himself is unhappy; in fact, DuBois himself, in an interview this week, has said that he's unhappy with himself, not with Los Angeles. There's a significant difference.

Andersons Buyout is super cheap after next year
He's just as inconsistent as PLD just at a lower level for his ceiling and floor.
But both were developed in CBJ at the same time and both have big holes in their games
