I like it, both trades are solid, all singings are good, love the Aho signing, swayman and Lindholm are probably pretty accurate contract wise too. That Heinen contract seems like a lot at first, but I guess he's kinda earned it. I'd be alright with a 1 mil player in that spot though to save some $ for the deadline.

Necas isn't signing that contract, and he's not a "true 1C" haha... he's barely a C at all

Nix giving Heinen 2.25mil to play on the 4th line and give that all to Necas and it might work

What are you expecting from an Ehlers deal? Roster player, strong prospect, and a pick is pretty solid for any player like him dealt in the offseason. I'm sure he gets more at the TDL but they're not waiting that long if a good deal falls in their lap

Where's Anderson's Vezina? Imagine if Sway- Ullmark was Koch- Ullmark with that forward group and D corps in front of them. Also you have 8 starters as UFAs, you're lucky if you resign 3 of them.

Goalies don’t return players like Necas, they just don’t carry that sort of value. They’ll deal Necas for a like young asset or package him up with additional assets for roster upgrade up front or on the backend.

Out of the ufas, good if they only keep a few. Outside of Guentzel, time to change up the roster regardless. They have plenty of cap space to do so.

It depends. The Jets are trying to contend now, so a futures heavy deal like this doesn't do a lot for them. It's a step down at wing, a bottom of the lineup player that isn't an improvement on anything Winnipeg already has and a worthless pick. Pretty uninteresting.
