This is Nashvilles perspective from an ACGM team I made earlier. Didn't realise that you had to be a fan of a team to make an ACGM for said team 🤷‍♂️

Never understand why team fanbase that wouldn't fit for Marner personality would even try to create Acgm for him.

His NMC would say no to all rebuilding teams, small market cities, playoff pretenders and no proven superstar to create a partnership with.

So I'm saying only Cali State, New York State, Flo State teams would interest Mitch.

What I know about Brunette’s system is from his days in NJD. I don’t know how it’s been deployed in Nashville, but in Jersey, it was (a) always pass out of d-zone (it’s a about controlled exit, not just exit); (b) a noticeable amount of East-West in neutral zone; (c) dumping into o-zone=end of possession; (d) early zone denials = high point of recovery = higher % controlled exit.

If it’s same show in Nashvegas, I’d think Marner is tailor-made for Brunette system.

Random….but Tomas Tatar was also great in his system.

Buffalo would be great as they a long list of prospects. And he could even do what Hall did and live in Toronto and play in Buffalo.

Nashville is reasonable landing spot for Marner, but just don’t see them moving Askarov - substitute him for Saros and remove a few picks (pending UFAs rarely get that type of return), I can see a fit
