Description
Not sure if that's enough for CHI but the most I was comfortable with. I know ASP said he was playing another year in the SHL, but hell with that he's ready now. Having both Kasper and Danielson up allows them to play up and down on wing or center. I kind of like them on the 3rd together with Perron (think Zetterberg and Datsyuk playing with Hull).

On Chicago's side? Or you just don't like it overall?

If you change the pick to the 2024 1st and then remove all of the players the Hawks will accept.

For Detroit… you are saying they get rid of Burgers, high reward/low risk Soderblom, a 1st…

All to get rid of Maata (who can most likely be moved for a mid-low pick), and Copp. Not even getting into the mess that would be, Copp as a middle 6 defensive forward who can help transition Kasper/Danielson into the NHL before settling into a wing spot who is overpaid, not useless.

Interesting collection of pieces, but Hawks likely decline. That 3rd year of Copp isn't ideal, and the Hawks have no spot for Maata either.

I’d say if you make the pick the 2024 Red Wings 1st, I’d do it. Copps contract is a little long but the Hawks would love the 15th overall, I think there’ll be a lot of talent still available at that spot this year. Berggren could be an interesting player as well.

Hawksguy81 is right though. We already have a logjam of upcoming defensive talent at the left side, I have no idea what we’d do with Maata

No worries, Detroit would never send this much just go dump one contract anyway
