  1. Dionicio, Rodwin [Reserve List]
  2. 2026 2nd round pick (ANA)
Additional Details:
Verbeek reportedly wanted top-six right winger iirc. Not exactly sure what he'd be willing to give up, but, yeah. Assuming this comes with an extension too. Doesn't have to be Anaheim
3.
PHI
  1. 2024 4th round pick (TOR)
  2. 2026 1st round pick (TOR)
Additional Details:
Toronto is definitely winning this deal but I wonder if the money works. Flyers won't take back Kampf/Reaves unless of course they add more. I just don't see a reason to do that, though

Briere still wants that Sanheim return for Laughton (they could probably still get a 2nd+ out of him). Even if they tank, there really isn't a reason to undersell him or even move him. He's not going to be able to make much of an impact by himself as a defender. He's still young enough to be an effective player after a rebuild if they can't get a really good deal for him. Trading Couturier would make more sense.

Don't why you say the Leafs win that Sanheim deal. Leafs don't need a LHD. Leafs can spend 6.25m on UFA Dman and keep the picks. Seven years of a 28 year old Dman may/may not be a good value.

If I have to look up a prospect, he probably isn't going to be main cog for TK. WTH dude.

He's like third among ohl d in points, if you haven't heard of him that's a you thing. I have seen his name plenty. Either way giving up TK for free is better than what happened in 23-24, team needs talent and TK vanished when the games mattered more

di marco of tfp says a little over 8 if it were today but could be pushed to 10. i would assume it would be 8 years considering his age. no thanks on that one

sanheim plays rd and would be the best player the leafs can get this offseason. or, of course, you can put lyubushkin and edmundson as two top-four D. that worked out really well in the playoffs and is not at all why keefe is fired and the team is a mess

coots is practically untradeable but i see what you're saying. my thought process is that, frankly, laughton sucks. he's terrible and he's not getting any better (over the last 3 seasons he has worse numbers than Kevin hayes who was traded for a sixth). teams would bite just because of the perceived value but in reality the flyers would be lucky to get anything above future considerations. he's slightly better than cam atkinson, that says a lot

Briere is waiting for someone to bite, kind of like Hughes with Anderson in MTL squinty smile.

The teams is a mess??? How about the 16 teams that didn't make the playoffs. Leafs failing in the playoffs again was Dmen or even goalies. Just not enough goals.
You don't think the Leafs can get a good Dman in UFA at 6.25m? And the Leafs wouldn't be giving up picks.
