Why's Chicago paying a 2nd a 3rd and a 4th for a backup goalie, and you're evaluation of the cost for moving up and down in the draft is out of touch

I only needed the trade to be the Leafs pushing the top 10 protected 2025 pick into an unconditional 2026 pick. I don’t know why I thought I needed it to be more complicated.

PIT declines. Treliving signed Kampf to that contract. We don’t want his guys. Acciari is more physical, cheaper, and has less term. No thanks!

I kind of love that I made smaller trades to create cap space and move around picks so that I could sign a 5x8.5 offer sheet with a division rivals goaltender and all of the comments are on the teams taking the roster dumps lol.
